New Registeration

Sign up for free to use our services from anywhere in the world. Register using your email, choose a password and fill the remaining information on the registration form. Please provide a valid email that you will check frequently. This is important so our consultants can communicate with you.

Patients Registration
Register as a patient and you will be able to use our freely available Personal Health Record (PHR) and consult with one of our affiliated consultants.

Consultants Registration
Register as a consultant if you wish to become one of our affiliated consultants. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Once registration is complete, your information will be reviewed by our medical board and you will be contacted by us.

Corporate Registration
Use corporate registration if the organization you work for has a corporate account with Tele-Med International. You will need the assistance of your organization's administrator to be able to register.
